Residents of the business-incubator are two business development programmes, pre-incubation and incubation. The right program to choose depends on how developed your project is and is determined after the business incubator’s team evaluates your business idea. You will be presented with a plan/graph with a list of specific steps that must be taken in order for your business to develop.

The Pre-incubation program

Duration: 6 months
Content:forming a business model, identifying the competitive advantages of the product and its potential consumers, developing a prototype, creating a basis for investment
Results:the project team will have all the key skills for developing their business. A presentation that is ready to be shown to investors

The Incubation program

Duration: 11-33 months
Content:team formation, creating a product, organizing production and beginning sales
Results:attracting venture financing, clients and partners, scaling

4 hours a month of individual consultations with a coordinator
2 hours a month of individual work with a consultant
6 hours a month of group work with a consultant in the format of a training

Equipping a workplace in the coworking center with the opportunity to access the copy center and the internet

500 RUR/month

The Incubation Program:

6 hours a month of indivual work with a coordinator

Access to the kitchen and copy center
