	The American software developer DataArt plans to establish its development center in the Ingria technopark in 2013, reported the Technopark’s press service. The company intends to occupy about 1,000 square meters in Ingria; the Saint Petersburg office, which employs 170 people, will be relocated there, the Vice President of DataArt Yulia Zavileiskaya told Vedomosti. Anton Potapov, Ingria: We will create a technopark where people can live, work and relax

Saint Petersburg is one of the 12 cities covered by the Federal program for the creation of high technology technoparks. A Resident of Ingria attracted 50 thousand dollars in investment

As was announced in the Ingria press service, the newly received funds will be dedicated by the company to the development of the Web-Notifier project, a platform that makes it possible to deliver instant message to an operator’s subscribers right in a window of their web browser without installing user software.

In the words of the developers, a subscriber’s balance and number, the current rate plan, announcements about new services or rates, as well as advertisements targeted towards a particular part of the network can all be sent as messages.

Today Microsoft Company and Saint-Petersburg Government have signed the cooperation agreement, focused on the development of the efficient system of education and training of IT specialists and implementation of modern technologies into the system of public administration.
