Conferences, master classes, seminars and other events for novice businessmen are regularly held at Ingria. Experts, investors, experienced and novice businessmen take part in them.

It is surely an excellent opportunity to learn. But it is not only that. Residents of Business Incubator can establish the necessary business contacts at special events as well as set up a base of clients.

Open Events	For Residents
1. Open Days Ingria Successful businessmen, experts and investors share their experience and secrets.	1. Train&Develop Program Trainings with the "Ingria" Business Incubator’s experts for the managers of technological projects aimed at developing the skills necessary for the successful implementation of a business, as well as preparing projects for participation in major Russian and international events.
2 . Lead the way Discussion of present-day market trends which may serve as basis of innovative projects. The intended agenda includes speeches of 2 or more experts, presentation of startups, open discussion, training of practical skills, networking.	2. R2R Seminars, trainings, master classes, networking and other useful events, held at the initiative of our residents for the benefit of other residents.
3 . Students&MBA Meetings Instructional programs, seminars, case studies and master classes from the residents and employees of "Ingria" for students and participants in MBA programs.	3. Partners Day Presentations of projects by the residents of the "Ingria" Business Incubator to potential clients and service providers aimed at providing feedback and the exchange of projects that are interesting for projects. For example, selecting projects for participation in the Yandex.Start program.
4. StartupLynch Residents present their projects. But in contrast to Investment Sessions, investors and experts provide detailed feedback, explain mistakes and discuss problems.	4.VC Day Avenue for meetings and negotiations between innovative projects, investors and business angels aimed at attracting financing for the projects. The format of this event may include presentations, elevator pitches, VC Speed Networking, individual meetings with innovative projects, the managers of venture funds and business angels.
	5. One-on-one meetings Between startup teams and investors, aimed at getting acquainted and conducting detailed study of the distinguishing features of the projects.
	6. Happy Hour A program for residents and employees, where they can get acquainted and talk in an informal setting.
