Business Incubator Ingria's partners could be divided in corporate partners, Partners network and events partners. The first ones are the companies offering programmes of expert evaluation, support and professional recommendations for progress of business. Companies in Business Incubator's Partners network are providers of services (legal services, protection of intellectual property, accounting services, personnel management, etc.) and provide Residents with profession decisions in their fields. Event partners help to inform members about these or that events as well as provide goods for coffee-breaks.

Startups get Microsoft professional support as part of BizSpark programme as well as support of Partners in community, i.e. active companies in the field of enterprising, capable to help startups, providing pieces of advice, tutorship and resources.
	The Center of Enterprising USA-Russia is a catalytic company, which supports enterprising in Russia by combining educational and system forming programmes and helps to increase its importance. Educational modules are worked out with the purpose of assisting businessmen, wishing and having an opportunity to expand the activities of their companies and craving to find out how to achieve it, including methods of searching for financial backing, making up business plans and presenting them to investors. 	Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises is a state non-commercial organization, receiving 1.5% of the federal budget resources intended for development of science. It has agencies in 29 regions of Russia. During 15 years of its performance the Foundation carried out expert examination of about 16,500 projects, financed more than 6,000 projects. 	Closed share investment fund of especially risky (venture) investments "Regional Venture Fund of Investments in Small Enterprises in scientific and technical field of St. Petersburg" was set up in 2007. The trustee is VTB Asset Management CJSC. The goal of VTB Asset Management trusteeship is creation of a highly profitable venture fund for financing of accelerated development of innovative companies and expansion of high tech industry in St. Petersburg. The Fund amounted to 400 mln. RUR on the date of completion of its formation.
The Center of Innovations’ Support, the Ioffe Physical Technical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences	The Center of Innovations’ Support was set up in 2005 at the Ioffe Physical Technical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The main activities are promotion of projects based on innovative decisions in wide technological field.
